KGW and The Oregonian both have stories. The latter quotes Overlook Neighborhood Association Chair Dannielle Herman:
The Overlook Neighborhood Association, meanwhile, is aware of the camp. President Dannielle Herman said neighbors expressed concern that it had grown much larger, and that trash and fire risk could become problems. Herman said the neighborhood association wasn't aware of the nonprofit's plan but would be willing to learn more. "There's always a concern about the safety for the people who are there," she said.
